Hoppers follows Mabel, a passionate animal lover and university student, who discovers groundbreaking technology that allows her to "hop" her consciousness into lifelike robotic animals. As Mabel navigates her new life as a robotic beaver, she quickly learns that the animal world operates under its own set of rules, complete with a strict food chain and complex social hierarchies.
